What qualifications do I need?

Qualifications for Tax Specialist Role: 2 or more years in the Tax Industry, a working computer or approved tablet, with secure wifi connection available, and a working webcam and mic—a great personality, with preferably customer service experience. Being an open-minded individual with a go-getter mindset is a bonus.

Is training provided?

Experience is required however we will show you the FK way as well.

How long does the process take?

The application process typically takes one to two weeks.

What is the pay?

We offer a tiered commission-based pay. We believe in pay transparency here at FK and Co.. Therefore, we send payment on the following Friday for the week's paid-out clients, including a summary of all your clients and fees due to you. We also like to treat our team members to other incentives and bonus opportunities to show our appreciation.
